Nico & Vlad Mirita - Pe-o margine de lume TO BELGRADE

To whom it may concern,

There has been a lot of speculation recently regarding the legitimacy of the Romanian entry to the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest, Nico & Vlad Mirita - "Pe-o margine de lume", which was chosen on February 23rd 2008. These allegations have been investigated by specialists at TVR and have been proved to have been unfounded.
Should any petition reach you with regard to the legitimacy of the entry TVR have proved unequivocally that there is no plagiarism to answer to. Please respect the decision of TVR at the legitmacy of the entry. The Romanian Broadcaster TVR can provide the proof that a) it's not plagiarised and b) it was not broadcast before October 1st 2007.
"Pe-o margine de lume" is the song of our choice.
Please respect the choice of the Romanian viewers (8277 public votes), as well as the choice of the EBU member – the Romanian National Television.
